You are in for a treat today of Easy Holiday Cookies for Santa!
You guys know that I love preparing for Santa Clause to come with my girls. There is just something so special about creating something just for Santa to enjoy while he visits my girls. I love that this hasn’t changed as they’ve grown older. Today I am going to show you how to create some really easy holiday cookies paired with delicious Swiss Miss® hot cocoa. This can even be created in a pinch as most of us have the ingredients on hand.
Supplies:
- Swiss Miss® hot cocoa, we used the k-cup pods
- Peter Pan Simply Ground™ Peanut Butter
- NILLA Wafer Cookies
- Holiday Sprinkles
- Toppings for Hot Cocoa
If you haven’t tried Peter Pan Simply Ground™ peanut butter yet, I highly recommend it. It is really creamy with just a bit of crunch. Great for the kids! You can find it in the peanut butter section at Wal-Mart.
Don’t miss this fabulous ibotta coupon when you purchase this trio!
Step One. These cookies really can’t get any easier to make, but I’ll walk you through it. Spread a layer of the Simply Ground™ peanut butter on top of one nilla wafer and top it with another. Super simple guys. We can do this in our sleep mamas!
Step Two. Grab your kids for this part, because it is a lot of fun and it involves sprinkles. Who doesn’t love sprinkles? Just take the now sandwich cookies and roll them in a dish filled to the brim with sprinkles.
Are they not so cute. These could totally be made last minute if you are in a pinch. Not that I’ve ever been there (no seriously I have).
While we make our cookies for Santa, we love to enjoy a mug of Swiss Miss® hot cocoa. My kids love it because it is so rich and chocolatey, I love that it comes in a k-cup… again another time saver! We fill ours up and then top it with whipped cream, marshmallows and sprinkles. It looks so festive and the kids love to get a good whipped cream and hot cocoa mustache!

What do you have planned this year for Santa? He’ll be popping down your chimney before you know it!
