Throwing the ultimate bash for the fourth doesn’t have to break the bank or have you working for days to prepare. Combining a few red, white, and blue elements and a splash of patriotic-themed party goods will have you prepared in no time.
Setting a really pretty table can transform any backyard to a party venue. Consider using potted plants this time of year. They can be less expensive than store bought arrangements and can last long after your party is over.
We used a fun chevron burlap runner and mixed in some amazing TIKI® Brand citronella candles, which are both stylish and practical.
When it comes to feeding your party guests… take the easy way out! Throw some burgers on the grill or pick up some precooked favorites from the local barbeque joint. We like to pick up the meat and macaroni & cheese and then cook some corn on the cob and green beans to go with it. Just don’t slave the party away in the kitchen and miss all the fun!
Throw some drinks in a fun ice chest and you have a stylish way to keep drinks cold in the summer heat. Whether you are serving sodas, water, or adult beverages, storing them in a non-traditional cooler will take your backyard party up a notch.
Consider using silverware that is housed in a handy and elegant utensil station. A few dressed up mason jars can be used for any type of cutlery…even plastic!
My favorite part of getting together with friends and family for the Fourth? Family fun in the backyard! Even the most simple games like bubbles and the limbo can create a memorable time. Our favorite lawn game has to be cornhole and your guests will be so excited to join in the fun.
No Fourth of July Party is complete without a few fireworks. Set up a kid-friendly fireworks station. Include snaps, bubbles, and sparklers for children of all ages to enjoy the party.
