Hey there! It’s Jen again coming to bring you a delicious grilling recipe from PinkWhen. I am so excited to share with you a favorite and healthy recipe for you to try, Grilled Sweet Potato Fries. These are so delicious, very healthy, and only use TWO INGREDIENTS. Yes, they really are THAT easy.
Ready for some grilled deliciousness?
Grilled Sweet Potato Fries
I live down here in Louisiana, and it’s easy to find the seasoning we are going to use. However, you may not be able to find this exact seasoning at your local grocery, so I have included an affiliate link for you just in case you need it.
- 3-4 sweet potatoes
- Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry Magic Seasoning.(affiliate link)
Another note, I am using his Poultry Magic, not the Vegetable Magic (which he also has). I love the blends of this seasoning and it’s noted that it is just as scrumptious on veggies….and trust me, it is!
So let’s get started. Grab your ingredients and wash, skin, and cut your sweet potatoes to bite sized fries. Place them into a medium mixing bowl. Take your cut potatoes and add a generous amount of seasoning. I cover them, toss, and cover them again.
Once you have your fries ready to grill, place them on a wok or other grilling dish. We set the grill at 400 degrees and then grill for 35-40 minutes, tossing the fries in the wok every 5 minutes to get an even cooking.
Once you are done, remove from heat, allow to slightly cool, and then serve with one of your favorite meals.
It’s such a quick and easy recipe, and one my family loves. I also love that sweet potatoes are healthier than regular potatoes. I look forward to hearing about your reaction to these Grilled Sweet Potato Fries. Thanks so much for having me over as a guest poster this Summer.
