I was wondering what flour measurement would be for Gluten Free Flour? I would love to make this, but can’t use normal flour.

I found this recipe years ago and lost track of it. I have looked high and low for this particular one. Thank you!!! This is the best and easiest cobbler I’ve tried. I’ve also substituted my fruits as well. Turns out great.

I really wanted to love this recipe but my first pass at it and I was very disappointed. The bottom of the crisp got very hard and carmelized making it extremely difficult to serve. Now I was using a 10-inch baking dish (the recipe calls for 9-inch), but I cant’ imagine that would make that much of a difference. Or did it?
Trish & Bonnie @ Uncommon Designs says
The larger dish may have made it cook too much. Perhaps reducing the cooking time somewhat. Also it is not a crisp but a cobbler so it will not serve in perfect pieces. More of a pile. We use bowls and add a bit of vanilla icecream on top.

This was good, but terribly sweet. I cut the sugar by 1/3 cup and it was STILL very sweet. I added raspberries- yummy.
