This is one of the quickest meals that I’ve put together in a while. The rice heats in only 90 seconds in the microwave and smells heavenly when it comes out.
It only takes a handful of ingredients like the Minute® Ready to Serve Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice, prepared pulled pork, black beans and a few tasty garnishes.
The taste is so fresh and so delicious!
Cilantro Lime Carnitas Rice Bowl
Serves 2
- 1 Cup Minute® Ready to Serve Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice
- 1 Cup black beans, drained
- 1 Cup prepared pulled pork
- garnish: sour cream, fresh cilantro, lime
Heat the pulled pork according to the packaged instructions. Drain the can of black beans. Microwave the Minute® Ready to Serve Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice for 90 seconds. Throw it all in a bowl and top with your choice of garnish. I used a dollop of sour cream, some fresh limes and cilantro.
