Happy Sunday friends! We are so happy to have you stopping by. Today we are beginning a week long series, featuring Easter Tablescapes from some of our favorite bloggers.
We know that you will enjoy each of these fabulous ladies and be inspired by each of their Easter Tablescapes. So without further ado, Trish and I are happy to show you our Easter Tablescape…Bunnies and Burlap…
We had so much fun creating this festive little tablescape, perfect for a charming Easter party. We incorporated some of our favorite Amy Butler fabrics, and of course…burlap.
The place settings are my favorite. Each place has this adorable rattan charger with a cabbage leaf green plate . We combined two different plates in the same shade of green..the other has adorable little frogs on it. We made these sweet reversible, no-sew napkins in a beautiful fabric combo. { We will have a tutorial on creating those a little later! }
And seriously…is Trish’s burlap bunny ears napkin ring not the cutest little thing ever…
This is a Pier 1 Knockoff and we will have a full tutorial on the blog next week for creating these little cuties.
We incorporated my kitchen bookcase into the tablescape by using it as our beverage and dessert bar. We also used it to hold the little party favors we picked out especially for our table. Our kids think Easter can not get here soon enough. I think those little polka dot chair ties are a perfect detail to add to your chairs.
Ya gotta have little Bunny Tails at an Easter party..right? These adorable gumball bunny tails are a wonderful party treat. Jenny over at Bloom Designs, designed these sweeties and has them in her ETSY shop. The little gingham tags are the absolute perfect touch. We simply placed them in an heirloom white wire basket on the bookshelf.
Custom made bunny ears? Why, yes please. These traditional headband style bunny ears are another little favor for our tablescape. Each one has a coordinating fabric to match the table.
To keep our little bunny theme, we made a yummy Dirt Cake complete with a carrot patch. Those crazy little bunnies just keep digging up our carrots. Lizy B Bakes made these stunning cookies that we used to embellish the cake. Her attention to detail makes these cookies little works of art…
Seriously, do you see the little sugar on the bunny’s cotton tail. These are just incredible. You can find these, and lots of others in her ETSY shop.
We love using natural elements in our decorating and this burlap tablecloth was our jumping off inspiration. I made this one that has two simple seams offset from the center and a fringed edge. The classic runner is a no-sew osnaburg linen, we will have that tutorial for you a little later too. I have an heirloom white tree that I use for multiple holidays that we decorated with some lime green eggs as well as a few fabric covered eggs to bring in more of the beautiful Amy Butler fabric.
You guys know we love a mason jar, and so how could we not serve up the drinks in these sweet little mason jars topped in cabbage green. Can’t you just see some pink lemonade in these!
There are just so many possibilities for creating an Easter Tablescape . We have a few other little details that we will share next week as well. We know that you will want to catch these lovely ladies and their posts this week!
We are hosting a fun LIVE Google Plus Hangout tomorrow at 12 Noon and would love for you guys to tune in. We will have some special guests joining us to talk about Easter Tablescapes.
